Resonant Vector, LLC grants you a free, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Pressure Intelligence™ materials you received inside your own organization, on these terms.
1. What you may do. Read and use the materials (articles, guides, slide decks and their talk tracks, and any other file that carries this license) inside your own organization: present them in meetings, offsites and internal training sessions, and share whole copies with people inside your organization, including on an access-controlled internal system such as an intranet, as often as you like, for as long as this license stands. Every copy you share keeps its notice and this license.
2. What you may not do. You may not charge anyone to attend or to receive the materials. You may not present or distribute them outside your organization: at a conference, to clients, to another company, or on any public website, social network, forum or file-sharing site, or anywhere a person outside your organization can reach them. You may not modify, excerpt or adapt the materials for redistribution, inside or outside your organization; quoting a passage internally, with attribution, is fine. You may not build a course, workshop, product or training program on them. You may not administer, reproduce or adapt the Pressure Signature™ assessment or the Pressure Circle™; those are taken on the platform, by the person they are about. You may not remove or alter the attribution, the trademarks, the notice, or this license.
3. Everyone you share with is bound too. A person inside your organization who receives a copy from you holds it on these same terms, and you are responsible for telling them so. If your organization wants to distribute the materials widely, or run the assessment across its teams, it needs an enterprise license (see 9).
4. Developmental use only. The framework, and any report a person shares with you, is a developmental mirror. It may not be used to make or support a decision about hiring, promotion, compensation, performance rating, or termination. The assessment is not validated for selection and is not a psychometric instrument for that purpose.
5. Attribution and marks. Every copy keeps its attribution to Mark D. Benson and Resonant Vector, LLC, and the marks Pressure Intelligence™, Pressure Signature™, Pressure Circle™ and Pressure Patterns™ appear as written.
6. Ownership. The framework, the instruments, the materials, the report templates and the text are the property of Resonant Vector, LLC. This license gives you permission to use them as described here, not ownership of anything.
7. Term and ending. This license lasts as long as the materials carry this notice. It ends if any term above is broken, and Resonant Vector may withdraw it at any time by notice, after which you stop using and sharing the materials.
8. No warranty. The materials are provided as they are. Resonant Vector is not liable for how they are used inside your organization.
9. Want more than this? An organization that wants to distribute the materials widely or run the assessment across its teams needs an enterprise license, and a coach or consultant who wants to use the framework with clients needs the Practitioner License. Write to Mark D. Benson at Resonant Vector.
