Welcome to Resonant Vector™, the home of the Pressure Intelligence™ framework, which helps leaders make sense of pressure and turn it into progress. These Terms are an agreement between you and Resonant Vector, LLC ("we", "us"). Please read them. If you do not agree, do not use the website or the platform.
We believe in clarity, intention and respect, and that extends to how we treat your time and attention here. No fine print trickery: just a plain understanding of how this works.
1. What these Terms cover
These Terms cover resonantvector.com and the Resonant Vector platform, including your account, the Pressure Signature™ assessment and reports, teams, the Pressure Circle™, the library and the practitioner program.
2. Who can use the platform
You must be at least 18 to create an account. By accepting these Terms, you confirm that you are.
3. Your account
You need a verified email address and to accept these Terms to take the assessment and read member content. Keep your sign-in private. You can export your data or delete your account at any time from your account page.
4. How you may use the platform and our materials
You may use the platform for your own development and, where you or your organization has bought team places or a license, for the development of the people it covers. Library materials are covered by the license shown when you download them. You may not resell access, publish materials publicly, or present our models as your own.
Using the platform does not give you ownership of anything in it. You are borrowing the ideas, not buying them. You also agree not to:
- copy, scrape or reproduce our content except as a license you accepted allows;
- try to reach parts of the platform, or anyone else's data, that are not meant for you;
- interfere with the operation or security of the website or the platform;
- use the website or the platform in a way that breaks any law or regulation.
5. How reports may be used
Reports are developmental: they describe how you or a team experience pressure, to support growth. You must not use any report, team result or Circle result to decide hiring, pay, promotion, performance ratings or selection, and an organization must not require a person to share their report.
6. Purchases
A report purchase opens one full report for one completed sitting. A re-take is a new sitting and needs a new purchase. A team pack provides the number of places shown; a place is taken when someone is invited, and a place whose holder has not started can be reassigned. Licenses run for one year from purchase. Stripe processes payment.
7. Refunds
Within 14 days of purchase you can ask for a full refund from your account if the purchase is unused: the full report has not been opened, nobody on the team has started, or no inventory has been handed to a client. After that, purchases are final. At checkout you confirm that you want to start right away and that use ends the refund. A refunded purchase removes what it opened.

8. The library
A report or team sitting opens the library for 90 days from when the report opens or the sitting is completed. Files you download remain available to you under the license you accepted.
9. What you write, and Circle reviewers
You own what you write. We store and process it only to provide the service. When you invite Circle reviewers, you confirm you have a working relationship with them and may share their email address with us for that purpose.
10. Our intellectual property
The text, diagrams, models, visuals, tools, code and videos on the website and the platform are owned by us or used with permission, and are protected by copyright, trademark and other intellectual property laws. Pressure Intelligence™, Pressure Signature™, Pressure Patterns™ and Pressure Rising™ are trademarks of Resonant Vector, LLC.
11. Disclaimers
The website and the platform are provided "as is" and "as available". We aim to provide thoughtful, high-quality work, but we make no guarantees, express or implied, about its accuracy, reliability or fitness for a particular purpose.
12. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent the law permits, we are not liable for any damages, direct, indirect, incidental, special or consequential, that arise from your use of the website, the platform or their content. This includes lost profits or revenue, lost data, or business interruption.
13. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Minnesota, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any legal action arising under these Terms shall be brought in the courts located in Hennepin County, Minnesota.
14. Changes to these Terms
When we change these Terms we will show the new version and ask you to accept it before you continue. If you do not accept, you can still export your data or delete your account.
