Resonant Vector™

Privacy Policy

Version 2026.10.17.2. Effective October 17, 2026.

At Resonant Vector™, trust is earned, and protecting your privacy is part of earning it. This policy says what we collect, why we collect it, who sees it, how long we keep it, and what you can do about it. No fine print games.

1. Who we are

Resonant Vector, LLC runs resonantvector.com and the platform. Contact us at privacy@resonantvector.com for any privacy question or request.

2. What we collect

  • Your account: your name, your email address and your sign-in.
  • The assessment: your answers, your scores and your report, the situations you pick, and your optional sentence.
  • Your plan: the moves you choose and your check-ins.
  • Teams and organizations: which teams and organizations you belong to, and the invitations you send or receive.
  • The Pressure Circle™: the email addresses of the reviewers you invite, and their answers.
  • Purchases: what you bought, and any refunds. Card details stay with Stripe; we do not see or store them.
  • Messages and feedback you send us.
  • Technical data: your device, your browser, your IP address, the pages you visit, and how you arrived (the link or the site that sent you).

3. How we use it

We use your data to provide the platform and your reports, to send the account emails the platform needs, to send the newsletter if you asked for it, to answer you when you write to us, to improve the platform, and to prevent abuse. We do not sell or rent your personal data.

4. Analytics and session recording

On the platform, Google Analytics and PostHog run only if you accept analytics on the cookie bar. PostHog links your activity to your account number, not your name or email, and may record how you move through pages, with the text on the page hidden. Vercel Web Analytics counts visits without cookies. Sentry receives error reports with email addresses, IP addresses and cookies removed.

The resonantvector.com website asks the same way: Google Analytics and PostHog load there only if you accept analytics on its cookie bar.

5. Cookies

A sign-in cookie keeps you signed in across resonantvector.com sites. A consent cookie remembers your analytics choice for six months. Analytics cookies are set only if you accept them. You can block or delete cookies in your browser; if you delete the sign-in cookie, you will need to sign in again.

6. The newsletter and account emails

The Pressure Patterns™ newsletter is separate from your account. You receive it only if you tick the box, and only after you verify your email. It is sent through Kit, and every issue has an unsubscribe link. Your profile page shows whether you are subscribed, with a Subscribe or Unsubscribe button. Account emails, such as receipts and invitations, are sent through Resend.

7. Service providers

These companies process data for us, each for one purpose:

  • Supabase: our database.
  • Memberstack: sign-in and accounts.
  • Stripe: payments.
  • Resend: account emails.
  • Kit: the newsletter.
  • PostHog: product analytics and session recording.
  • Google: Google Analytics.
  • Sentry: error reports.
  • Vercel: hosting, and Vercel Web Analytics.

We do not sell or rent your personal data.

8. Who else sees your data

Your report is private to you. A team leader sees combined team results once at least four members have finished, and who has finished. A Circle subject sees reviewers' answers combined, only once at least three have answered, and not any single reviewer's answers. A practitioner sees a report only after you choose to share it, and you can stop sharing.

9. How we protect your data

We use encrypted connections, a secured database and access controls to keep your data safe. No system is free of risk. If a breach affects your data, we will tell you as soon as we can.

10. How long we keep it

We keep your data while your account is open. When you delete your account, we remove your name, email and what you wrote, and delete your records at Memberstack, Stripe and PostHog. We keep your assessment answers without anything that identifies you, for research on the assessment. We keep a security log that records account numbers, not email addresses, payment records as the law requires, and the list of addresses that asked not to be emailed.

11. Your rights

From your account page you can download a copy of your data or delete your account. You can also write to us at privacy@resonantvector.com to correct your data or ask a question about it. You can stop the newsletter from your profile page or from the link in any issue.

12. If you are outside the United States

Depending on where you live, for example in the European Union, the United Kingdom or Switzerland, or in a US state such as California, you may have the right to access your data, receive a copy of it, correct it, delete it, object to or restrict how we use it, and withdraw a consent you gave. You can download a copy and delete your account from your account page; for anything else, write to privacy@resonantvector.com. You also have the right to complain to the data protection authority where you live.

Our providers store and process data in the United States. If you use the platform from outside the United States, your data is transferred to the United States. Where the law requires it, these transfers rely on our providers' standard contractual safeguards, such as the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses.

13. Children

The platform is for adults 18 and over. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone younger; contact us and we will delete it.

14. Links to other sites

Some content, such as embedded videos or payment pages, comes from or links to other websites. We do not control those sites; their own privacy policies apply.

15. Changes to this policy

When we change this policy, we update the date at the top and show a notice on the platform the next time you visit.
