Resonant Vector™ licenses

Practitioner License

Lets you use the Pressure Intelligence™ framework with your own clients, for a fee you set and keep, under the platform's privacy floors. Accepted at activation and again whenever the words change.

Version 2026.10.11-draft.

Resonant Vector, LLC ("Resonant Vector") grants you ("the Practitioner"), for yourself and the business you operate under as named on your practitioner profile, a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Pressure Intelligence™ framework with your own clients, on these terms. The Pressure Intelligence™ framework, the Pressure Signature™ assessment, the Pressure Circle™, the reports, the facilitator kit and the presentation materials are together "the Framework".

1. What you may do. Use the Framework in your own coaching or consulting practice, with your own clients, for a fee you set and keep entirely. Enroll clients to take the Pressure Signature™ assessment and the Pressure Circle™ on the Resonant Vector platform using seats you hold, and receive what the platform shows a practitioner for those clients: what each client has chosen to share with you, and team and organization reports at the platform's floors. Present the Framework's materials to clients and prospective clients, with attribution. Adapt the Framework to your own specialty in materials of your own that build on it, with attribution and the marks intact. Describe yourself publicly as a practitioner of the Pressure Intelligence™ framework in the words your profile shows, and as "certified" only when Resonant Vector has issued you a verifiable certification.

2. What you may not do. Reproduce, republish, translate or administer the assessment items, the Circle items or the scoring outside the platform, or publish norms, benchmarks or comparisons between clients derived from them. Use the Framework or any report to make or support a hiring, promotion, compensation, performance-rating or termination decision, or let a client do so: the Framework is a developmental mirror, not a selection instrument, and you agree to say so to every client. Sublicense, resell or share the Framework or the materials with another practitioner, firm or platform, or train other practitioners in it. Remove attribution or the marks, or present the Framework as your own.

3. Your clients' data. A client's report is visible to you only by that client's recorded consent on the platform, which they may withdraw at any time, and every view is recorded and visible to them. You will not have access to see a Pressure Circle™ reviewer's ratings, who wrote which comment, or a team report below the platform's floors, and you will not attempt to infer them. When you run the Pressure Circles™ on a client team, you set one close date for the team's Circles, may close them early, and may reopen them; you can see whether each reviewer has answered, but not when they answered or what they said. A client's written comments reach the client word for word, pooled and without names, when the team's Circles close with at least three responses for that client, and answers given after a reopen reach the client only three or more at a time. Once at least three people have answered for a client, you can read that client's pooled, unattributed comments and may hide one in a rare case; nobody rewrites them, and you will not attempt to identify who wrote them. You keep client confidentiality; you do not export, scrape or re-identify platform data; you keep no bulk copies of client reports; you delete material about a client within thirty days of that client withdrawing consent or of this license ending; and you tell Resonant Vector within seventy-two hours of learning of any unauthorized access to client material you hold.

4. What you give in return, as a member of the program. Take the Pressure Signature™ yourself before using it with a client. Complete the preparation the program sets and keep it current as it changes. Give Resonant Vector short written feedback after client engagements that use the Framework, anonymized, with no client names or identifying detail, and permission to learn from and reuse, without attribution to clients, what your engagements teach. After your first facilitated team session, send Resonant Vector a short written debrief of it, containing no client material beyond what the client has agreed to share with you.

5. Money. The annual license fee, and the price of assessment seats and other inventory you buy, are those the platform shows you at the time; a fee waiver or comped seats granted to you appear on your practitioner profile and in the terms shown above this text. Your clients do not pay Resonant Vector for your time, and Resonant Vector takes no share of your fees. Inventory you have bought is not refunded when this license ends except at Resonant Vector's discretion.

6. Ownership. The Framework and everything Resonant Vector provides remain Resonant Vector's. Materials you create that build on the Framework are yours, subject to sections 1 and 2, and may not be sold or licensed to third parties without Resonant Vector's written agreement. Improvements to the Framework itself that come out of your work belong to Resonant Vector; you are credited where the material is published.

7. Term, good standing and ending. This license runs for the period your license fee or waiver covers and renews with payment, and it is valid only while you are a practitioner in good standing: your fee is paid or waived, your acceptance of the current version of these terms stands, and your practice is not suspended or withdrawn. If your license lapses because the fee is not paid, or your practice is suspended, your permission to use the Framework and the practitioner materials with clients stops that day, along with your access to client reports and the practitioner library; it returns if you renew within twelve months, or when the suspension is lifted. You may leave the program yourself from your practice page: your practice stays open to the end of the period you have paid for, you are not charged again, and on that date this license ends. Either party may end it on thirty days' notice; Resonant Vector may end it at once for a breach of section 2 or section 3. When it ends because you left or Resonant Vector ended it, you stop using the Framework with new clients, may finish engagements already under way for up to ninety days without access to client reports or the practitioner library, and stop describing yourself as a practitioner of the program. The ninety days do not apply when the license lapses for non-payment or while your practice is suspended. Sections 2, 3 and 6 survive.

8. Everything else. Non-exclusive on both sides. No partnership, employment or agency. No warranty on the Framework's fitness for any purpose beyond developmental use. The platform's Terms of Service and Privacy Policy apply to your account as they do to any member.

You accept the Practitioner License on your practice page, and we email you a copy when you do. This page is the durable copy of the current words.
