A full report for every person
Each member of the team takes the assessment and gets the complete individual report: all five pressure types on both poles, the capability read at their altitude, and their own development plan.
The team rollup
One aggregate read of the team's pressure environment and response profile. It reports nothing below four responses, so no one's individual answers are ever inferable from it.
Pressure Circle™ on team-owned reports
Each member can invite reviewers whose pooled read appears beside their own, shown only as an aggregate of at least three reviewers.
The facilitator guide
A 60-minute run-of-show for the team debrief, so the conversation the results deserve actually happens.
The member library, 90 days
Everyone who completes gets the member library for 90 days after they finish: the essays and reference work behind the framework.
Then versus now
Re-take in a common window later and the reports show what moved since the first sitting.
The pack
A pack is one team, capped at the size you buy. You choose which team it applies to, and that team keeps that limit: a second pack starts a second team rather than making the first one bigger. Places you do not fill stay with that team, so pick the size that fits the team you have in mind.
